Anyone got any recommendations for a free webhost ?

Ive come across many on search engines but I prefer recommendations as most free hosts are not worth the time.

Looking for a host that will allow me to use my own domain name .
Space wise max 40 megs of space and 300 megs of bandwidth .

If anyone know any let me know

I will giv one free in my own hosting company. Full free with what specification u want. email me back if u want , Bt only one thing u hav to use it in use full way, nad no warez, child porn, file or image hosting and no proxy.
