very simple script needed

i need a simple script if someone can help please

i have a message area on my site for people to leave a message and display it cascading on the main page. i want to be able to let them sent a payment/donation via paypal before making the message.

how easy can this be please

 

Ok, so before they send the message, a page will come up saying you need to donate? or its optional?

considered a popup? or even a javascript alert, asking do you want to donate?

 

If you are just talking about adding a paypal donate button it's just a matter of copy and pasting the code from paypals website. Or are you looking for something along the lines of what darkmindz said?

 

got banned from paypal once for the donate button so a bit worried about it

 

Why would they ban you for a donate button?

 

If it's easy, why don't you do it yourself?
