    It's quite nice, but it seems that you have optimised for screen that is bigger than 1024x768 resolution.... You may have to consider others who have smaller screen resolution.

    I like the layout, color combination. Maybe you should include the complete pic in the header, I am not able to see the whole face otherwise everything looks okie to me.

    It's good but to get higher earnings you would need to define a width for the content to have the reader more focussed on the center.

    The design is good. I like the simple design and the color also matched.
    Google search is somewhat out of place. It would be best to put on top on the header/banner perhaps.
    Adsense on bottom page, I think you should put some gap in between the page and the ads. Now it looks....not good.

    I think the blending is genius...... right at the top where it hits people.... good use of biz rate too.... lots of content.... I have no doubtthis will turn out to be an extremely profitable site.
