I've got my 2nd payment from CPX without any problem, And whenever i ask anything from CPX support/billing department i got the reply within 1/2 days. - Imran
Yeah I too agree with you. They owe me $400 + ,still they are not responding to the tickets, no reply nothing from their side. They could even reply to us for how long we have to wait for the payment.
I am also a CPX Publisher, and I received my earnings for October 2007 on December 10th 2007. They reply to all the emails that I send them. I always get a reply, even if they forward it to a different department (accounting etc).
I am testing them. I am earning $5-$7 a day from them. I will reach $50 soon and hopefully check out..oh god. I dont like such threads when I am using them
I dont know if I replied to this or not but they turned out to be good people and explained why there were these issues plus how it took them so long to reply (which I thought was a cover) but nonetheless everything was sorted out after a while.
I have already contacted them asking a few questions to test if they reply or not. I contacted via the contact form inside the publishers panel. I am almost going to reach 50. I will reach around 60-70 and then stop and see if they pay or not. I will continue with them through RMX ads anyway.
Just got payed yesterday, they had a mix up in their accounting and ended up sending people the wrong payment amounts, so it took them a while to get that figured out. Send an e-mail to your account manager, thats the best way to get in contact with them. They aren't scammers!
100% they are frauds. im gathering people for a international "Class action lawsuit" against CPX. A new website will be launced soon for it! If your have problems with them please pm me.
I"m having problem with missing payments too and their account department is slow to respond and not dealing with the issue seriously.
They don't scam. You said they scam you because you never reach minimum payment or something. I have been with them for 4 months and each time they paid right on schedule. Not only that, they assign you an account manager so you can talk with on AIM/MSN. My account manager is on AIM 5 days a week 8 hours a day, I always talk to him even if its nothing relate to my account. They are a good company so do not trash talk.
