I'm working on gaming, it's what I enjoy and what I'm good at it, plus I'm dedicated, but I got a click the other day for $0.06. Weee.... oh well, I have back up plans. http://enterbf3.com if you wanted to know my site.

I guess it depends on the game or system you are promoting. I've had a lot of traffic to my Squidoo lens for Guitar Hero 3 Review. I've had a couple of sales through the Amazon links and had some traffic to my sites linked from it. I tried it as an experiment and it did better than I expected.

Most of my traffic seemed to come from parental review searches and searches for cheat codes.

anyway, good luck with your site.

I'd expect decent sales with that, but I'm in no way abandoning it. I checked my stats, I launched it yesterday and had everything ready to go, so I spread the word, and I got a little over 1,000 uniques on launch, is that good?

Mmmm... never mind, I got a click for about $0.40 :D.

Do you really make $30,000 a month like you sig says? Why don't you just hire someone to do a site redesign then hire a few posters to populate your forum and invest some money into proper advertising, you should start pulling in bucks right away. This should be no problem for someone who makes $30,000 a month. ;)

Or better yet, you could just go out and buy a fully populated gaming forum for around 10-15k and monetize it to make 2-5k a month. That's what I would do if I were making $30,000 a month.:p
