The Taliban is bad. Those are not GTech's words, those are verses from the Qua'ran -- the holy book of the Taliban.

You have it 100% completely backwards.

GTech was showing you exactly what Muslims sound like to the rest of us. Those are quotes from the Qua'ran -- except with the object names changed.

Replace "Muslim" with "Christian" or "Jews" and you will have the original verses from the Qua'ran.

Let's rethink that Leet. Here were have GTech quoting the Qua'ran and a large group of Muslims who don't even recognize the text. That's amazingly frighteningly horribly humiliatingly moronic.

Here are sections of the Qua'ran which GTech was quoting:

Sura (8:55) - Surely the vilest of animals in Allah's sight are those who disbelieve

Sura (48:29) - Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. And those with him are hard (ruthless) against the disbelievers and merciful among themselves

Sura (9:30) - And the Jews say: Ezra is the son of Allah, and the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah... Allah (Himself) fights against them. How perverse are they!

Sura (8:12) - I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them

Sura (9:123) - O you who believe! Fight those of the unbelievers who are near to you and let them find in you hardness

Sura (5:33) - The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His messenger and strive to make mischief in the land is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides or they should be imprisoned; this shall be as a disgrace for them in this world, and in the hereafter they shall have a grievous chastisement

Now, each and every one of you who attacked GTech for quoting from the Qua'ran owes him an immediate apology.

In addition, as you have shown yourself to be woefully ignorant of your own religion -- you should study and pray for forgiveness from your god.

It's amazing... Once you begin quoting the truth, the sympathizers and those that preach this crap come out of the wood works and try to dispute it.

    Oh give me a break.
#1 Gtech calls their prophet a pedophile.
#2 It was not 'quoting', it was taking bits and parts out of a book to make something other than what it was not. Gtech is great at this, I don't believe he did it originally but it's his same lack luster tactic he uses all the time.

Sure doesn't look like direct quotes to me..

Muslims are the vilest of animals. Personally, I say show mercy to one another, but be ruthless to muslims. Muslims are perverse. Strike off the heads of Muslims, as well as their fingertips. Fight those Muslims who are near to you. Muslim mischief makers should be murdered or crucified.

Sura (8:55) - Surely the vilest of animals in Allah's sight are those who disbelieve

Sura (48:29) - Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. And those with him are hard (ruthless) against the disbelievers and merciful among themselves

If disputing 'crap' as it's put out is sympathizing, then I guess call me it. This is simply total crap, it doesn't take much logic to see it is not 'quotes' but rewording bits and parts to make a point.

We do not trully need the definition of 'quote' here do we?

Oh, really? Pray show us where, or be condemned as a liar forever.

Here is what the full context says:

"For the worst of beasts in the sight of Allah are those who reject Him: They will not believe. They are those with whom thou didst make a covenant, but they break their covenant every time, and they have not the fear (of Allah). If ye gain the mastery over them in war, disperse, with them, those who follow them, that they may remember." (Qur'an 8:55-57)

If you had wanted to lie, at least do it with some tact.

    More exposure....

    The full context says:

"Muhammad is the messenger of Allah; and those who are with him are strong against Unbelievers, (but) compassionate amongst each other. Thou wilt see them bow and prostrate themselves (in prayer), seeking Grace from Allah and (His) Good Pleasure. On their faces are their marks, (being) the traces of their prostration. This is their similitude in the Taurat; and their similitude in the Gospel is: like a seed which sends forth its blade, then makes it strong; it then becomes thick, and it stands on its own stem, (filling) the sowers with wonder and delight. As a result, it fills the Unbelievers with rage at them. Allah has promised those among them who believe and do righteous deeds forgiveness, and a great Reward." (Qur'an 48:29)

Again, the person quoted it partially. Why? Because he knew that if he ripped off the context, it will make the Qur'an look bad. Unfortunately, this has only made him look bad.

    More:

Why the [...]? Because folks, he is trying to hide this passage from you:

"The Jews call 'Uzair a son of Allah, and the Christians call Christ the son of Allah. That is a saying from their mouth; (in this) they but imitate what the unbelievers of old used to say. Allah's curse be on them: how they are deluded away from the Truth!" (Qur'an 9:30)

Its not even an incitement to war, but to show how far astray the Jews and Christians are according to Islam. And how did "curse" becomes "fight"? You lie again!

This is getting repetitious. True context again:

"Remember thy Lord inspired the angels (with the message): "I am with you: give firmness to the Believers: I will instil terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off. This because they contended against Allah and His Messenger: If any contend against Allah and His Messenger, Allah is strict in punishment." (Qur'an 8:12- 13)

The verse is addressing the angels, not humans! A bigoted atheist like you do not believe in the existence of angels anyway but at least get the facts right before you assume something!

More humiliation for you, as this is what the full context says.

"The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger, and strive with might and main for mischief through the land is: execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides, or exile from the land: that is their disgrace in this world, and a heavy punishment is theirs in the Hereafter; Except for those who repent before they fall into your power: in that case, know that Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful." (Qur'an, 5:33-34)

I nor any other Muslim need not apologise for the Qur'an. On the contrary, it is you who owe an apology to all Muslims for:

    1. Trying to cause mischief by partially quoting or hiding the actual context of the Qur'anic verses in question.
    2. Trying to portray Muslims in general as vile, murderous terrorists intend on killing everyone else around them when that asinine assumption is simply false and not true.
    3. Trying to make silly assumptions that Jews and Christians are disbelievers when all the Qur'an does is to denounce the false beliefs that they hold and ask them to return to the true roots of their religion.

Do you feel humiliated and ashamed now? You really should be. May Allah have mercy on your soul.

If it wasn't a neocon supporter with nearly 15,000 posts and a whole heap of fake green rep his ass would have been banned permanently. No doubt about it.

anthonycea was unbanned today after a six month absence and was banned again for life before he even had a chance to make a post.

Today has been a very sad day of the ethics of this DP P&R forum. :(

I think this is based on the admission that Muhamad raped a 9 year old girl...
Actually it was a verbatim quote with one small change.. Muslim was substituted for Jew.

Paraphrased I will give you that, but non the less, rather well quoted.

But that is exactly it though.. A point was made.. I think that was the point. To take quotes from the "Koran", change one word, then wait and see what the reaction is. The expected result was that those that either sympathize with or preach Islamic beliefs do not even know what is in their own book... They mistook Gtech's quotes for being his own words.

I think it was a perfect example of just how ignorant many are. In all honesty, I think it was probably one of the best posts I have ever seen Wade produce. It's hard to dispute fact...

I own a copy of the "Koran".. It is pretty close.. Of course the "Bible" itself is quoted in variation depending on the copy you keep.. Non the less, again, still a pretty accurate quote, with one subtle word change.

Very well said my friend. :) That is a awesome refute to neocon's allegations.

But I'm sure the neocons will keep ignoring even that information, still ignore the truth, and keep twisting facts, and misquoting the holy Qur'an, as usual, and maligning Islam. These neocons are just fooling themselves.

Thank you for a wonderful, well-researched post.:)

    May God Bless You...:)

That tells us a lot about both you and Wade. You seems to do nothing but spread your hate. It's just that you are too coward (including rest of people with who you spread hate here) to wrote "final solution" for religion you hate so much. It would be very similar to another "final solution" we already had not so long ago in history.

Thanks, Will. I've been out of town today, just got back a few minutes ago. Some were smart enough to see what was going on, others fell right into it, hook...line...and sinker.

Will is correct. I posted those words, directly from the source:

    http://www.thereligionofpeace.com/Articles/Quran_Hate.htm

My point was not to insult another religion, but rather show how hateful words like those can be, when we substitute "Jew," "Christian," "Infidel," "Non-believer" with the word "muslim." When they were quoted with "muslim," they were offensive, brought about outrage and emotions. But when these same scriptures that tell the same story are used with different terms, suddenly it's "ok" because it's "holy scripture" or "but they are taken out of context."

I doubt that is going to happen. First, let me step up to the plate and apologize to the administrator/moderators. My intention was not to insult, but to illustrate a point. If you take a look at the link above, except for the second sentence, it's pretty much verbatim. These come from direct quotes from the quran. I had anticipated that post, followed by a few posts of outrage, then to make the point, however, when I checked early this morning, I was already banned. I left for a short trip out of town to see family today and just getting back. I appreciate the opportunity to address this.

    [/quote]

These same messages come directly from the quran. That was my point, to illustrate to "grab my heat" how offensive these can be, when we simply replace one word. So I guess I'll hit the "submit" button now, and see if the post goes through, or if I'm write disabled :)
