Hi, I'm new and I currently have an unverified US Paypal account. I don't have a bank account or a credit card. I just tried purchasing a VCC using my paypal, but it wouldn't allow me since my sending limit is 0.00. Are there any websites where you can apply online for a free bank account, it can be like savings and you don't have to actually go to the bank? I am a US resident, but I just don't have a bank account.
Can you still purchase things with an unverified paypal? Because I have money on it, I just want to know if I can spend it. If so, then I could buy a bank account and vcc
Yes u can purchase with unverified paypal also,but u need to add atleast VCC to increase the sending limit from 0.Adding bank account will verify ur account.
