Hello All, I am new and I dont have more idea about google basic rules. Can any one help me to know about it. I have a web site say IT Outsourcing. We have developed it before 4 months and after 1 and half month our internal page has PR 2 but out Home page has PR 0. I am trying to link home page but still same situation . You can check Home Page link : PR 0 Our Internal PR 2 : PR 2 I need your help please tell me what to do to improve the home page link. Don't you think its strange Thanks
omg this is like the 100th thread asking about when will google update the toolbar pr. instead of refreshing this page 50 times waiting for a reply you could just use the search function at the top and search for "pr update"

its your links page yes, so if you have been sharing recpricol links with other sites they are probably linking to that page insted of your index page.
Yes I do this. But the reverse like is to http://globalprompt.net/ not to the http://globalprompt.net/index.php/home/addNewLinks/. So I guess It must affect the PR of Home page isn't it
the quality and the quantity of links that points to a certain web page is the possible reason for different web page PR. You don't have to worry about it too much.. if i were you, i'll prioritize my SERPs ranking instead

If you notice, the http://www.globalprompt.net/ is indexed and the other is not. The SEs see this a two different URLs or web sites when PR is calculated. But, as a designer, you reference the home page differently. Therefore the "PR Feedback Link" is different and is spreading the PR across phantom urls. A good example of this is your copyright notice. Suggestion: if you use (and should use) the Google Webmaster Tools, you will notice that it allows for setting the default URL setting. This must be set. I recommend using the "www.global prompt.net/" setting. This matches your copyright notice link that will act as the "PR Feedback Link". And from now on, use only the "http://www.globalprompt.net/" as reference to you site. Also, the same is true for the http://www.globalprompt.net/ http://www.globalprompt.net Just clean up the "home page" url on all pages to reference the http://www.globalprompt.net/ string and you will fix this problem. maybe the reason why the homepage has PR0 it's maybe because you make some changes on your meta tags title, descriptions and keywords. Don't make any changes on your meta tags until Google PR Update. The best things you do is to promote your site and submit your site to a related category.
this is not entirly true as my site has the same pr for http://example.com http://www.example.com and i only ever use http://www.example.com when linking to my site. also if i type http://www.example.com/index.html i have the same pr as all 3 variations. i will say that i have noticed that my forum http://www.example.com/forums is pr 2 but http://www.example.com/forums/index.php is panked pr1
is this a joke? lol I'm sorry if its not I dont know the conversion from your language to english. But i couldnt help notice on the homepage he has : Health , helth club, (and then) dictionary . as links. I dont know if thats supposed to be a joke, but if so , wow thats good also note the arrows pointing customer to business at top. .. the customer comes in that way , and the business meets them in the middle coming from the other way. I dont care , i like your site A LOT! lol
