Yahoo never gives Traffic :(

My Search Engine Traffic comes from ...

66.67% From Google

33.33% From Yahoo


No traffic from other search engines....hmmm

 

On my only big site I get about 60% of the search traffic from Google, 35% from Yahoo and the other 5% from dozens of local country versions of Google.

I always had good ranking in yahoo, google has been a wobbler for me, never had checked msn traffic to my site yet

Yes, it does. I get about 230 unique visitors daily from Yahoo.

 

I think it's depends on niche of your site. If site is for younger people or for webmasters than you will hardly get yahoo traffic. But i think financial services are best to promote to yahoo.

 

i wish i would get 1000 Google and Yahoo Hits a day ..lol

 

One thing I can definitely say about Yahoo... Their web hosting SUCKS!! Their customer service representatives are some of the dumbest people I ever dealt with. Stay away!!

 

It depend on Keywords you are targeting for. Yahoo is the second most popular search engine from where you can get traffic (organic).

And if you are not getting any traffic, then check your keywords.

Most of the traffic from my blogs are organic from google. Yahoo plays low role

Now a days more and more people are using Google
even the webmasters like us concentrate on google seo than the other !

Same with me yahoo traffic only 3% from my visitor.. I think most people didn't use yahoo as search engine..

p/s- I can't imagine if my site got banned from Google..

 

There are people that cant even get indexed at google... because of there "censorship"

 

I haven't heard of many who use Yahoo as their Default search engine and I'm having the same problem as u r I'm ranking #1 for a keyword in Yahoo but I get around 10-15 UV/day only

 

Google - SE! Yahoo - portal. Thats y Yahoo! has more traffic according Alexa. Anyway its a crap to check traffic with Alexa.
But anyway when you are visiting google.com you are ready to start searching.

 

maybe google gives better result than yahoo, maybe that's the reason why many people use google.
