That's a low rate even. Mostly, you'd have to be in debt 10 months before you made anything. Go check some big sales.

In response to dscurlock, 7 months earnings for a site established over a year more than fair. Look at the sale of any business. Most of the time you will find it can be as high as 36 months revenue. For websites, 9-12 months revenue is average, so 7 is definitely doable. Good luck with the sale leek.

 

Sorry for the delay guys. Unfortunately it has been sold to someone else, but I have a better one which I'm planning to sell within a week. It's just like the other one, but earning as high as $50-60 from AdSense daily with its 24-28k uniques daily. Very popular on search engines. Gets most of its visitors from Google. It's a brand in arcade sector in Turkey.
