Can I use my own CB affiliate link to purchase products from my CB merchants?

I have 4 friends who have a dead slow internet connection and they want to purchase some stuffs from one of my CB merchant. So they asked me to download it for them..Can I download the stuffs for them from my PC using my own affiliate link? Will CB ban me if it sees that I have downloaded a stuff 3-4 times from its affiliate link? Will it make my merchant suspicious enough to complain against me to CB?

No, they will not ban you. You can purchase as much stuff as you like, using your affiliate link.

If you read their terms of service, you can understand that affiliates should not abuse this.
And clickbank can take any action against such affiliates.

    This is what they say.

"Can I purchase products through my own hoplink?"

The short answer is yes, but ClickBank does not condone affiliates using their accounts for this sole purpose. As stated in our Accounting Policy, "ClickBank accounts cannot be used for the sole purpose of collecting rebates or otherwise extending credit to yourself or others." That is, affiliates should not be using their own hoplinks to purchase products for themselves and then collect a "rebate" check from ClickBank.

Unless an account contains sales from made with 5 or more different credit card numbers, including at least one Visa card, and one MasterCard, our system will not generate a check for that account (even if the balance has met or exceeded the payment preference). PayPal and eCheck purchases do not count toward the minimum.

So as you can see, you CAN purchase products using your affiliate link, but you SHOULD NOT. It doesn't say that you MUST NOT DO THAT, so take it easy :)

you can buy through your own link but doing it 3 or 4 times in a day or
in a week might be very risky
