What do you think of this keyword rich domain name?

    TVListingsGuide.com

    Totally undeveloped.

SEO Book's Keyword Tool gives me the following results:

TV Guide - 11155 estimated daily searches
TV Listings - 3525 estimated daily searches

TV Guide Listings - 203 estimated daily searches

Yes this is a very competitive area but surely someone might be willing to develop this domain?

TV Guide white labels do exist so development time could be minimal.

I probably should have said my first foray into domain flipping as I simply intend to sell the domain without developing it. All these terms can boggle the mind sometimes....:)

Still, any idea if I have done a half decent job first time around and chosen a valuable domain?

I think you've done a pretty good job for a first timer. Though a bit long this name does contains good keywords. Name can also be developed as a meta guide for tv listings sites. low $xx imo.

The "s" hurts the value of this name. I would say anywhere from reg fee to Low $xx for it.

To the right buyer, you could probably get high $xx undeveloped. It's a good domain name as you said, however it wont go anywhere without development

I think you are wrong in this instance as the nobody searches for TV listing; they search for TV listings and thus my domain is that bit better.

Thanks for all your appraisals, I think i may try and find a quick and easy TV guide script and then see what you think it will be worth.

If not then I might just sell it and try to find another good domain, any tips?
