I am targetting for backlink, but also wanted to know how much traffic they convert with that good alexa to the main site.
Catalog is a list of web directories made by them and is not at all related to the web directory of iwebtool.. You might be getting it from http://catalog.iwebtool.com/directory/ ?
I am also in both and with the traffic stats I use it is easy to distinguish between the two for traffic.
I am listed in the directory and my listing URL is doing great on SERPs. Though I don't know much about the exact traffic I am receiving from it.
Its just a quick reply to @dargre http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=5766620&postcount=28 But has no bearing to the OP's thread, as I misunderstood the opening question, I thought the thread was about the full directory in general.
I'm listed here but didn't get any referrals from them. Good for SERPs at the very least, so I would recommend submitting to them regardless.
My opinion abt Iwebtool directory? Stay off them totally!! Suddenly converted listings to yearly and removed all my paid listings. Scammers for sure. Abt traffic, well it was then always zero. Never got a click for the duration my link was with them.
I have 02 permenant links there but, gets absolutely no traffic. With no traffic, I would not recommend. The huge traffic to the main site has nothing to do with a link burried at the bottom of a directory catagory page.
iWebtool can't send you large number of traffic but it is still better than many free directories that provide you with almost no traffic at all.
