Ok, I have about $200-$400 to invest in something online, but the problem is I don't have much knowledge of afilliate marketing, website design (even running a website is trouble for me), html, etc. What do you think I should do?

    Thanks, Ty

What topic are you interested in? Are you willing to invest into creating your own content?

You can hire some freelancer to do that work.

Well I would be interested in a lot of things, but my best topic would be sports. I know quite a bit about football, basketball, and baseball.

    Thanks, Ty

Well, if I was in your situation, I would start out with something easy and that doesn't require a lot of "know how" and technical knowledge in scripting and such. I would start out with a proxy network, arcade, or something similar that is low maintenance but can have a high ROI. With $200-400 I would get probably 6-10 domains and setup proxies with custom templates and integrate adsense or similar ads and use the rest of the money on advertising, link building, and promoting the proxies then you can sell the network at its peak and move on to bigger and better things ;)

    But that's just me... :D

Sounds like a pretty good idea. Also how hard is it to get an Adsense account?

When I signed up with adsense it was very easy. I am not sure if it is harder now.

You could also add adsense to a blog on a hosted site-- cost about $75.00 to $100.00 per year. Free templates are everywhere and WordPress is very easy to learn. Offset web site maintenance.

If you can post to a forum you can post to a blog.

Where can I get some info on adding adsense to a blog on a hosted site? What would this involve and what kind of profit should I expect?

    Thanks, Ty

    Hey Ty,

Go to Blogger.com, and just get a feel for operating a blog. It's extremely easy to
develop some sort of web-presence with them, and if you don't understand too much
of this, that's a good place to start: plus it's free.

Adsense is also provided there, so you can sign up from there once you've made a few
posts. If you need some more help PM me. It sounds like you are just getting started
and you don't need to really invest too much. PM me what you're actually thinking
    about accomplishing.

    Take care!

Ty, I recommend using jmhyer123's idea, but using his other suggestions, an arcade site. This arcade script combined with individually stumbling some of the games will net you 200-300 visitors the very first day. Then simply continue doing stumble exchanges everyday and in your first month you'll have 6,000 to 9,000 visitors just from StumbleUpon.
