Quick appraisal with FREE domain appraisal software

Of course I know this isn't a completely accurate appraisal, but at least it's a starting point for people wanting to buy/sell domains.

Somehow I don't think my 8 month old domain is worth 3x what Digital Point is. Maybe needs some fine tuning.

lol, it seemed like it was 90% higher than I thought, but that's not a bad thing

 

well if there is some resourceful webmaster... MCX means Multi Commodity Exchange .. an emerging market like a share market.. I hope that estimate is quite lesser.

 

More accurate is: the free appraisal at zetetic (although you have to leave your email, which is then sometimes used to contact you later on)

To satisfy my idle curiosity, I have tried to appraise my domain names (see http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=199789) via free zenetic appraisal. It seems to me that zenetic.com takes only the length of name into account:
savvypower.com - US$1010
brisklogic.com - US$1010
and
dfgacghish.com is $1010 too!

But zenetic appraisal for cellfighter.com is US$17270. Maybe zenetic takes some statistics into account (like number of links) for real sites

 

There is no such thing as automatic (software) appraisal. The process is very subjective. It may (a big ?) work for several standard cases such as 2-3 letter .com, 2 letter-number .com, etc.

 

Muaaha $ 7,000 ~ 10,000 Priced Domain .

PS: where the hell can one get reliable appraisals ?

 

From real experts, but even then, as I wrote in my other post, it's a price range. Domains are hard to appraise because they're very subjective.

 

You need to pay for a accurate appraisal.

 

I just vented my curiosity by using this particular tool to appriase my domain name and i found out that the domain was appraised for 15000$-22000$ whiles its only worth 150$, roflmao

 

Well, it did get my main site about right:

eHDMI.com Over $250,000

NintendoDS.biz came in at $40-$60,000....WAY too much Although, I'll take that.I sent off for that other companies appraisal.

 

Does anyone know of a reliable place to get an appraisal?
