I like how people who have had no deals with me are "pretty sure" about me being a scammer.

I am still firm on my point that I am no scammer, and that deliveries, though delayed, will be completed. Some delay on them due to my health issues donot make me scammer.

And to the guy who said that I asked for a $100 loan, please point me to the thread sir.

I don't mind giving you the benefit of the doubt. But I tell you what; I've been ill before as well and I can tell you that I can be just as ill at my computer as I can in bed. Our deal is well over 10 days old and I'll wait another 24 hours (more than the 16-20 that you've stated) until I see some results. I'm very patient, but it wears thin if I feel it's being tried. Impress me and I'll give you kudos on the threads. Mess it up, and I'll see to it you'll have difficulty on this board from this day forward.

 

I paid this guy promptly through PayPal and was assured that he would complete a job quickly. A week went by and I have not heard from him. He finally comes back to the board explaining that he was ill and not able to work for several days. He also stated that ALL orders would be processed in 16-20 maximum. I PM'd him as well as left messages on his threads to contact me and get the job done, even after his 16-20 hour promise. I have yet to hear from him and now have to pursue a payment refund from PayPal.

I tried patience and understanding. It was disregarded.

I feel Weko is a CHEAT AND A LOSER!

Still waiting... HURRY UP! I have been waiting long enough - I feel it is time you flick the god damn page, I cannot wait for you to finish reading it - it has been WEEKS now. Some form of compensation would be of high gratitude... If you deliver within the next 24 hours, I will "we-ko" all of this and possibly even place a positive iTrader. If not, I will take some form of legal action / other.

Don't wait anymore. I initiated a dispute wit PayPal 4 days ago and he has not even responded to that. Start whatever process you need to get your money back.

 

That isn't going to help. PayPal do not cater for disputes for intangible goods.

 

Did not know that. Well, that sucks! That was the only reason I risked giving him a chance to begin with. Uh oh. Well, I'll let you know if my dispute gets rejected.

Otherwise, let's just find him and beat him down!

 

Exactly what I was thinking. I am also wanting to track someone else down to take legal action... Finding personal information is dang hard!
