for just only 250$ I will certain not sell this website. This is not a MFA, or Proxy or other website where the traffic is driven but some affiliating programs. The traffic is real, 86% from search engines with an average of more than 3.5 click/visit. Now the click rate is about 1.5% but I'm sure that this percent can grow. And off course I think that is a very good niche website, with an average for $/click. I just don't have enough time to optimize better this website, and to do some other changes to have better results. I'm involved in too many other projects. jerdei : I don't have a bin. This sell end when I will get a reasonable price for the project (there is no problem If will not get a good one, I will make a loan from the bank instead of selling my other projects too (4 others) for wich I already have buyers )
END : I'm not interested anymore to sell this website. I will reconsider only if I will receive a serious offer. p.s. I hoped that on this forum there is a real market but it seems that proxy, blogs and other similar things represent the power
I think people want to see actual green, actual income a site is making, does matter what kind it is, as long as it is making money...by looking at your site, I see jumble, i see nothing that makes no sense, if it does not make sense, it does not make money... you have to be prepared to sell according to the market, and right now, the market here doesnt see the appeal in your domain.
