1) Traffic = Money

2) Traffic must be RETAINED. Make sure people come back. Capture leads via email forms. Legitimate opt-in email marketing is how you make TONS of cash. If you run a forum, you collect emails when people sign up. If you don't run a forum, you can offer something for free if they sign up.

3) Leads need to be kept and emailed a minimum of 7 times before they purchase. I recommend Aweber.com for this sending spam-free opt-in emails.
