Doesn't sound like you are looking for reviews. Anyway I'll give you one since it's in the review section. First of all, I really like the clean design. It gives you an very easy view and make you realize what kind of website this is pretty fast. What I would do though, is moving the login box to the left side bar, or make a login page. You want to make it very clear as the first thing people notice when they enter is what exactly you have to offer. Other things to mention: - When you sign up you need to write phone number with country code. You should make this automatically. So if the user choose Norway as country it should say (+47) since this is the country code. This will make it more simple for users, and will avoid any extra mistakes - Big mistake when you sign up users click the terms and the WHOLE page redirects to the term page. For some users this means they will lose all the information they entered, which again may lead to huge frustration of having to enter it all over again. This happened to me before and I simply can't stand it. So what I suggest you to do is: Make a new page open when people click terms. - What about privacy? I see no information about this. It says that you record "usage data" for the "necessary purposes of maintaining the message service in accordance to legal requirements. You should make a better definition. Do you and your staff sit at the lunch table reading people's messages while having a good laugh on the expenses of others or is all messages actually encrypted or hidden? What about password, is this encrypted? The activation went super fast and smooth but just as I was about to check the member area your server got problems and I received the "Internal Server Error" message. So I can not continue this review, but I hope you got some ideas from what I mentioned here already. Good luck with your site
I am very sorry for the internal server error. I am currently fixing the forum's problem and by mistake, was altering htaccess for the siter itself. The problem has been solved. Appreciated for your reviews. a. This design is old. I am currently waiting for a new design to finish and will do a face lift to the site. b. Phone prefix is needed to be inserted manually. There is a link which shows in new window explaining how to register. c. TOS and Privacy Policy updated. d. password are encrypted using MD5. I never used the site, but when I entered my mobile number to test the service, it says we already sent a test message to this number !!!
This is really nice.. i tired it and it works.... Hoping it works for a long time and stay live.... Just a suggestion... if you could change the header image to something more interesting it will look like a genuine site... the current one looks like a fre image and gives the user a feeling of no trust... It is most probably someone has abuse the site by entering invalid mobile number. I would advise you to register with the mobile no. Thanks. I have more than 100 members in this past weeks, lots of them are from India, Philippines, US, Norway and many more. I checked my email and didn't found any complaints so I guess it work.
