Dedicated proxy server needed

If anyone can suggest a trust worthy place to sign up please let me know.

Also is possible to configure a dedicated box for proxy servers only? I have a box but getting jerked around as I just got it and barely using any of its bandwidth with one site and it has to be rebooted 2-3 times a day.
