    Transactions that took place in the 1PM PST hour on Friday just showed up at 23-Dec-2007 11:35 PST - the system is beginning to catch up, but isn't fully there yet. Very good news, though!

    My site picked up traffic in the past two days because another site wrote about it. Unfortunately, I cannot see the traffic.

    If it is reporting problem only, I don't consider it a high priority and it does not bother me if CJ people take their time out during the holidays. If it is tracking problem, then they should work on it days and night until it is fixed.

    Uf, what a relief. Sales for past the two days are finally displayed. CJ has sometimes problems with tracking but in the end it always turns OK.
    This summer I had tracking problem, but the problem was at merchant side not CJ. It also finished OK. They calculated my average earning and on that basis paid me a bonus payment for that 4 days that were affected with non functioning of sales tracking.

    Performance reports are generally a few hours behind the transaction reports, so give it until maybe tomorrow to update. Transaction detail reports are usually the most up-to-date report that you can run.

    I am happy to say my reporting has been updated and I'm showing normal sales levels. Merry Christmas and/or Happy Holiday's everyone. Still a little disappointed that I never received any type of email notification from CJ, that woulda been nice.
