Hi Every body ,

Well , I do not know what did you guys expect for 1.23$ , I mean it does not deserve to make all these propaganda I read in ur comments .

Yes , I understand that most of us were not satisfied last 3 days . Me too I was not happy with the delay in process to set the servers up again but I did not blame the host site itself since really i did not expect much for the price I paid and i did not get angry for that .

But what really disappointed/frustrated me that I did not know that the delay will take all this time .This is the only thing disappointed me and this the only thing I blame the host for . Because if I know that my sites are going to be down for 3 days sure i`ll find another host service running together beside OSHQ for such cases

Adam Asked me today if i want to rush the process of having my site up by creating new account and to upload my sites manually ?

I accepted this solution and he created new account for me in less then 10 minutes , and within other 5 minutes my sites were uploaded and up again .

I am not a proxy owner customer to OSHQ but i feel very satisfied that oshq.com give to me, I\'m hosting a blog network, the sites uptime 100 percent, so cant blame the webhosting owner 100 percent, anyway, if u are hosting other than proxy u should be good with oshq.com, thats my 2 cents. thanks

 

i have a non proxy site here, its new, no traffic yet, and its been down th last 3 days.... anyway bought new hosting for it already, in the process of transferring files

I am loosing so many visitors because of the downtime....

 

Yeah, I lost all my sites.

I don't really care about it, I just kind of want my back up.

I had a site on there that was custom made, and no back up of it.

 

Please cancel my account as i have now moved all my sites to different provider. Cant afford to have my sites down like that when advertisement is going on . My account domain was www.infofinder.info

Just want to make it clear thar I said on the forum that all non-proxy websites can be moved to our second, Titan server. But only few people went for it. Everyone on the Titan have so far 100% uptime and a lot of features installed on it.

Whether it's cheap hosting or not is irrelevant. We paid for a service, you failed at providing it. I want my money back asap.

 

We are in the process of fixing everything and will give 1 month free to anyone who requests it [proxy accounts only, limit 1 per person].

You paid $1.23 per month for 20 GB Disk/200 GB Bandwidth hosting [75% off of our site's price] and we explained thoroughly to everyone that we are working to resolve this problem.


We do not have direct access to the server our proxy accounts are hosted on - they are with iwhiC which took control of the former HostParlor resellers. We are working alongside the iwhiC team and will have this matter handled very, very soon.


The new CPanel login will be: http://76.76.13.95:2082/ and you should be able to access your account within the next hour or two.

Browning it sounds like you are not giving anyone a chance. "Failed at Business" I think not, we trusted a host who failed us in some respect. Hostpar;or had some issues and iwhic is trying to deal with them. You can't blame OSHQ for matters they have no control over. I signed up with them its working well, give it a chance. You shouldn't get into the habit of badmouthing people when they are in contact and trying to help.

 

Yeah I'll take a free month as the DNS name servers don't seem to be resolving yet either.

Whoa here people I see a lot of slander and liable here. I have hosting with these guys and have yet to experience any real problems. EVERY host is going to have problems. Even Godaddy does it is inevitable. They are handling this problem of theirs as quickly as possible.

I do not work for them I just think you need to settle down and relax. Max sign me up for proxy when you can. Have some patience and relax things will work out.

I do not know of any company if they have problems that give you a free month of hosting. They are offering you this since the matter could not be solved quicker. In this respect they are not scamming you but compensating you for the lost time.

Things like this tell you good hosts from bad. They got a raw deal also from Hostparlor. No one and I mean no one on here knew they were going to do this. Thusly they have messed up a lot of things for a lot of people. I am not blaming them either they could have left you all cold and forgot about it. Eddie did the right thing and took care of his clients the best he could. I commend him for this and it shows me he is grown up enough to take responsibility for his actions. Unlike some of you in this thread.

Once again Max when you get the time and the server up sign me up.
