Oh yes. DP has given me plenty of index links on Google. That is why all my new sites that I promote I send them to there.

Thanks. When I registered it the other day I was surprised it was still available so I did a little Google to see if it had gotten indexed yet and found out I was not the first to buy this domain. Turns out this other dude had it and was selling it in a lot with another 90 domains. Seems like he either let it go or the person who bought it did not want it so I got it.

aboutus.org might be another good one to use. its a site that is basically a wiki for all domains.

Digg lists your site real fast. Even when you are the only one to digg the article.

Im not suprised.. On one of my blogs the posts are indexed with in 2 or 3 minutes of posting.

The more you update your content the more often they crawl/index.
I didnt see how it was possiable but i made a few posts and searched google to see when my site was last crawled and the posts showed up in the search results.

I went back and made another 'new' post went back to google searched and it wasnt there refreashed the page and it showed up.

For the last 3 days my blog has been like this and ive been taking full advantage of it posting several times a day and each post is almost imeaditly indexed.

    I disagree.

There is another metric for that ;)

The bot indexes your page even if it gains access to it from an EXTERNAL source - Thats a heads up for everyone..

Of course they will index your page no matter the way they find it thats not what i said.

The point i was trying to make is the spiders visit and index your pages more often if you offer up freash updated content.

I did not say they would not index your page.. I think you misunderstod my post stephenhacking.. Or either i dont understand yours..

OR you dont think the more often you update your content the more often your pages with get visited by the spiders and indexed?

Thats basic seo everyone knows thats true and i never said anything other.
Where in my post did i say they wouldnt index your page from an external scource?
Thats not even remotely related to what i said.

Of course having lots of back links will also help i was pointing out 1 way the reason my posts are being indexed so fast.. I never in no shape or form said its the only way.

Mate, I was just telling you that there was another metric involved other than the regular content thing which any seo newbie would know.

I was talking about another factor where a site which doesnt have regularly updated content can get indexed very fast..

Ok when you said you disagree it seemed to mean that you think having updated content wont help you get crawled more frequently..

Its ok i understand Yes there are many ways.. So we are both right :D
