Adwords Account not Working

hey i hav got a adwords account i was running my ads normally and neither my ads are against TOS and i have payed the last payement also promptly it was sumthing 4000 INR and nw the balance is 11,000 INR and my ads are not displayed at all...


has monthly budget range got sumthng to do with tht?

my campaingns show tht they are active

 

so how did you concluded to this that you adwords accounts not working as you have written... that your campaigns are still active ??

 

it displays tht it is active bt it is not working rite?

 

A few people I know of are reporting that their campaigns have ground to a halt over the last 36 hours. Showing active but no impressions. Seems to have affected the content network the most. A mini G slap perhaps?

 

Did u use any of those vouchers?

 

My account I was running since 6 months ago was working fine, and last week one campaign stopped, got a message from google to edit my ad cause I was using Capital letters, so I fix the ad and now non of my ads are working.

Ive sent several messages to Google adwords and they dont answer.

Adwords killed me.

 

They have probably banned you. I had the same problem with my ads. First they got disapproved and eventhough i fixed them later, they banned me anyway ;/

Try to use Live Chat to contact them. Click on Contact Us(top right corner of your account), select one category and after that "Live Chat" option should be available. If not, then there are no free specialists.

 

Usually you'll need to contact them during the day, before 8 in the evening or so.

 

if i wud be banned i shud receive a letter frm them bt i haven t and nne of my ads wer disaproved yet

 

and i hav not used any vouchers yet

 

I m sure your account is banned.try to chat with online support they have.

 

i received a email frm them stating review of accnt details whch i hav done

Sometimes, I don't know why, but they ban you straight away, without any warnings. That happened to me as well. My account was active and everything approved, then I noticed that I am not getting any clicks/impressions.

I contacted them, and they told me i am banned

 

well they tld u tht u wer banned bt they din tell me anythng like tht they asked me details abt myt account whch i gave them clearly in a mail

 

So just wait and see what happens

 

hw long shud i wait my adwords account seems to be frozen frm Dec 15 and hav mailed them i get a reply on 19 and nw again hw long shud i wait??

 

Send them another letter or use Live Chat and ask them when they are going to finish reviewing your account

Can you login after you've banned? don't you get any notices about it at all?
