You should try some CPA networks. These are the sort of programs that people use for their incentive sites. There are quite a few on the web, but not all of them do allow incentive sites due to fraud.

 

I recommend Instant Dollarz, Silverinet, MaxBounty, and Iron offers. All good networks.

 

i use operation offers they are largely an incentive based CPA and they are very friendly and pay on time at least as long as i have been with them
