ah nice, the first ones always so difficult. Hope you do not hurt yourself. I learned on a trampoline.

    Awesome.

That's something I've been meaning to learn how to do, but keep forgetting about.

Now is probably a good time for me to practice, with all the snow on the ground to cushion my inevitable fall.

It would be a lot harder on grass as you won't have that spring.

How long did it take you to reach that level? My ten year old is very good with this type of thing. He played football last season, but I think he'd be a better gymnast (sp?).

    What sports do you play?

PS. once you get practice on that bounce matt, you'll adopt your own habit of bouncing without the help of anything. You'll be in the grass in no time. :D

    Impressive!

PS. When I was in elementary school, there was a classmate that we used to pay fifty cents EACH, if he would do one of those back flips in the grass for us during recess. :D

Well i have been practicing this flip for a few weeks on and off.

    I do taekwondo athletics

as well as parkour if you know what that is, if not google it :)

The people there said it is easier on grass than that mat, because when i jump on the mat my feet sink in so i dont jump as high.
