Revision - I played with 3 versions incorporating the .Com extension, I was most pleased with the integrated version, so I used it as the main example for both the 2.0's & prints.

    Additional feedback appreciated
(Note: The minuteman in the above example was a quick transpose to give you an idea, if you choose the minuteman between the 2, The final draft will be of higher resolution & clearer.)

Nice job, scorpionagency! I agree that the integrated version looks best when incorporating the URL.

    Suggestions for improvement would be...

    - eliminate the recent addition of the Blue Hills under the figure and instead incorporate its shape (two rolling hills as seen in previous photo) by using the dual tones of blue as seen in the 2.0 version (in other words change the shape you currently are using to one that mimics the Blue Hills)
    - change the color of the shape on Massachusetts from green to gold and use more of a turquoise blue (similar to the MA coat of arms) as the prominant blue color for entire design (I'm not sure if this will look right, but I'm trying to reduce the number of colors used as the design is starting to look too busy)
    - change the color of the circles used for the seal from the gold color in the latest design back to black

Let me know if this make sense, scorpionagency, or if I need to be more clear.

Thanks again for all of your work and revisions.

    Hi GFMIII,

I implemented some of the changes you made...

    - Font changed to ImperatorSmallCaps

    - I tried making the star bigger and italicizing the "THE", but the design looked really awkward to me, the star ended up being behind the "Massachusetts" and make it harder to read. I tried moving the Massachusetts down a bit, but it left a big gap between the "The" and the rest of the text, which looked strange to me. I can post a picture of what what I'm talking about to see if you agree.

    - I had to move the URL to the top to make it larger

I hope you like it, let me know if you want any more revisions.

    Thanks, tmash!

I understand what your saying. Suggested revisions are...

    - Move "The" back in the star without it being italicized as it was in your previous design
    - Use upper and lower case for "The" and "Massachusetts Mortgage Broker" although I realize with ImperatorSmallCaps that the lower case is simply a smaller version of the upper case (boy does that sound confusing!).

Thanks once more for all of your work!

I apologize, but I'd like to request one more small revision, scorpionagency, if you don't mind.

Could you replace "Trust" from the slogan with "Experience"?

Preferred order of words would be "Honesty - Integrity - Experience", but feel free to place words in whatever order is best for format.

Thanks for all the revisions, scorpionagency.

The gold color is not what I had in mind as it is appearing more like orange on my computer screen. Is there any way that you could use a gold color similar to that used in tmash's design or in the MA coat of arms (which is sort of a yellow gold)?

Also, I'm not so sure going with the teal color in the Massachusetts coat of arms was a good idea as the logo now looks less "sharp" to me, but I guess I would like to see how it looks in combination with the change in the gold. If it still doesn't look right, I'll likely ask that you go back to the blue that you originally used as it provides a better contrast.

Thanks again for all of your work! It's almost there! :D

Thanks for the additional versions, scorpionagency.

The gold color though still doesn't seem right. Can you try using the following two versions of gold? I really appreciate it.

    Golden - R:255 G:215 B:0
    Metallic Gold - R:212 G:175 B:55

By the way, here's an interesting article about the color gold as it relates to how this color appears on computers...

    Thanks.

Yes, scorpionagency, thank you very much!

Would it be possible to integrate these new golds in the color variations you did previously? Pretty please...:D

    Sorry, tmash.

I like the first set of your latest design best with the star on top of the state, but can you alterate the text for "Massachusetts Mortgage Broker" such that it is not interfering with the star?

Thanks again for your work, tmash. Your design is one of my favs.
