CJ Tracking delay...

There seems to be a tracking delay today! Anyone noticed?

 

Mine seems to be delayed as well.

 

Tracking delay is a MUST for CJ..

 

My last track was from yesterday 1pm, how is yours?

Tracking is delayed in the reporting (since around 1pm est) but you can still use the quick stats from the main page to see if you got sales, clicks, etc., for yesterday and today. Their reporting database doesn't seem to be updating.

Must have been some kind of Christmas party!

Nothing showing since 1PM yesterday.

 

WTF are they doing? this is not good, We work hard and they FAIL TO TRACK? Im not happy at all..

 

They're not failing to track. Just failing to report. This happens from time to time, and once reporting is back up, you'll see all the sales that you had since reporting stopped yesterday.

 

So when will reporting me back up? Does this always happen? Im really worried now.

 

even the reporting got weird these days

i have been referring my friends for sales .. but only 40% of them convert ............. this is f******* lame now

CJ tracking is goin horrible .. i t was good till last month

and today even quick stats 0 sales eventhough 1 was made &(*@%899

last time it was this delayed was 2 months ago maybe (?). the following day all the sales from the previous and current day finally showed up.

 

i have like 10 CPA actions I KNOW occured and they havent been reported at all.

 

Well, CJ is one of the top networks, I dont know why they cant have instant reporting. Many networks do it.

I guess neverblueads are doing very good now. They have improved their interface and layout is nice.

 

Im crying here, I need that money. I Worked my ass off man.

 

Chill out man. You'll get the money. Even if it had posted already you still would not get it until January 22 or so - assuming it does not get extended..

 

Listen up. CJ effectively uses two (or even more) databases for reporting. I don't know the true structure, but I know this to be the case. One is used for one type of stats, and the other is for the reporting that some of you are worried about. The data gets migrated over to the reporting database. As I have already said in this thread, if you look at your Quick Stats on the login page of CJ you'll notice that clicks, sales, and Leads are all showing up fine there (change it to look at yesterday/all websites). It's just that when you go to the reporting page the data isn't updated there. When the reporting database isnt getting updated that is the easiest way to confirm things are working properly. I had two ebay ACRUs last night. However the reports dont show either of them. I know they are there because of the Quick Stats.
