I mean, I'm using quite a few of their domains and am wondering what good is DNS service for?

 

if you use redirection than you can't do seo
therefore for seo dns control is required
co.nr uses frame based redirection in that they add adverts anytime they want

 

And you can use .co.cc like a real domain name like co.uk

You get the dns servers with your hosting, contact your host to get them.
