    I signed up last night and haven't gotten any account info yet. I did sign up with busyproxy.com (wrong one) and I should of been busyproxy.INFO. My bad, I did email support about it. Any idea when I will get my new account info.

    Kayako has been also just installed.
    Now, we just need to finish with making the packages in WHMCS and create our Staff Accounts for our Support System.

    We should get back to normal within 12-24 hours.

    It seems you just have to sit and wait for the IwHic or whatever they're called to take care of the mess and fix it up asap as I'm unable to access the server and do anything really.

    So I think everyone should be reimbursed for all this down time.

    I spent money on advertising, that is going nowhere.

    At least a month free or maybe language safe mode to be turned off so we can utilize all the software on Fantastico.

    I know and am sorry for this downtime, but we are really doing what we can, transfering so many accounts isn't a matter of minutes. I can't say "be patient" becuase you, clients are already waiting for a bunch of time right now. This a pain in the ass for all of Us. Let's just hope it will be up soon.     I don't think your $1.23 is going to get back your money spent on advertising or your money lost. If it's the utmost important that your site always be up you may want to spend more money.

    It's not their fault, I am going through the same experience (unfortunatley), it really is a pain, there is nothing we can do about it has it is in hostparlor's hands strictly speaking, all I can say is sit tight and get your backups.
