To many Links With one Anchor Text?

The number of links you get with an anchor text depends on how many links the site with the number one ranking or your competitor has been ammasing.

Generally, in lieu of Latent Semantic Indexing, it is better to variate anchor text..

 

So if quite a few of my backlinks come from a site with 19,000 pages and they're all the same. But there are 3 anchor text links on each page, like this:

<a href="mysite.com">Keyword 1</a>
<a href="mysite.com">Keyword 2</a>
<a href="mysite.com">Keyword 3</a>

Keyword 2 and 3 are related to 1. Would that be considered link spamming?

 

Technically - No!

But yes - if your niche has websites with normally just 5000 links - 19000 links is going to be a problem - If its a niche which needs more links - heck! There's no problem at all!

 

the point is to look natural
if all the other competitors in niche have 5000 links, and you have 25000
well.... it's will be obvious for google that something is wrong with your site
and you will be flagged

you must act natural, look at your competitors, see what they do, and do
the same, but better. and have at 5-10 different anchor text to your backlinks

it's all part of being natural
