    Well,

I just won't comment this anymore as this is a waste of time for me.
I've got better things to do than to deal with some people who can't understand what they're said.

P.S You don't have to double post one post after another with a 1 minute difference - use the Edit Function.

    And as for

Adam Selin: I'm Support Department Director, not sales or billing.

Then why did you search for his payment in paypal?

I didn't search in my PayPal for anything, read the chatlog again.

It really shouldn't take 3 weeks to move a server

    Hello,

The server is being moved since about yesterday, not 3 weeks.

Yes, but i had problems from 7 december. No action was taken. You said you don't look at pm's, I ordered via PM. You don't even sent mails to the clients. I even mailed you on the Client script (clientexec). No reactions.

That's the best reason why i request a money back and this one is really a hard reason. And also that the proxy-script was not working properly!

So you found 1 thing that i said that was wrong, everything else was correct, right? If your not support for sales or billing, what did you ask what he paid? Thats none of your business.

No, there where more not right things but I will not post them becuase that's what you want me to do...besides I don't have time for such meaningless measures started by a childish provoker.

I'm not going to reply here anymore, I don't have time for a ex-client who tried illegal actions on our servers and still wants a refund.

    That's all,
    Adam.

What method did you pay by?

Edit: nvm, you paid via paypal. I suggest filing a claim. (unauthorized funds = guaranteed refund... even though that isn't the case.)

Also, I went through a 'test' order (didnt order) and at no time did you state a link to your 'TOS'. And I did not find a TOS page on your site (actually, no pages work). Therefore you cant say that your tos says something, if no one can see it or agree to it.

    Refund his money you scammers.

Ok, thank you. I'm going to fill in a claim. Or you can still refund me. You have the choice. I will wait 2 hours to place the claim.

From what I can see, both OSHQ and the client were being unprofessional. It is never okay to make remarks like this:

'Adam Selin: And don't play dumbass, you wanna tell me you just uploaded it and that's it ?"

It obviously could have been handled much better.

You gotta understand that this guy has been very impatient with them, so you can't say you wouldn't have done the same thing if you were being haggled by an idiot for weeks. :(

You can't blame OSHQ, they are the best hosting company on DP for many reasons.:D

Um, im pretty sure he wasnt banned because of this thread. Even if it was, he didnt post this thread to be professional.

Getting banned doesn't mean your not professional...

DP is banned from stumbleupon, does that mean DP is unprofessional? (well, besides a few (... ok most) people in BST)

Not sure how u can say hes impatient... He had problems since Dec 7th, its 2 weeks later and he has the same problems... How is that being impatient? Best hosting company on DP... Why? Because they are a cheap host that will be gone in a month? If a host cant get links to work on their site, they wont last. I saw the costs of their hosting plans and closed the thread right away.

If we offer web hosting packages at a low price does it mean we are cheap? We have Kayako,WHMCS,Dedicated Servers and Staff, Support is our priority ( Many people can proove it ). We are all working hard and are planning on expanding very soon, but that will be announced later. We will not dissapear in the next month, two months or a year. We will stay here as long as we have someone to serve.
You mentioned before that there is no TOS... well, as you know we are now moving and we are making a new TOS for the new server right now. And when ramped became our client there was a TOS. The links on our sites are not fully working yet becuase w have new Billing and Support software and a lot of links need to be changed, same applies for our plans.

    Thanks,
    Adam.

Ok here is the scoop. I do not lie and I do not promote anyone (cept the trolls of course). I have sites hosted with these guys. They work every hard sometimes 15-16 hours a day making people happy. Unfortunately rapidleech is illegal according to their tos and rapid shares. it is also against U.S. law to have these sites on U.S. servers. They are classified as hacking sites. They circumvent the established rules of any given service. What they did was the right thing to do. If they did not they could have lost the server and EVERYONE'S sites.

You guys need to look at the big picture here. I do not know of any company who will give you a refund for violating a TOS. Granted this might have been handled differently but you tell me what you would do if someone came after you in this manner? I know what most people would do they would blow them off. At least they took the time to explain to them what was up.

Here is not the place to take these matters up either. Dp is a forum not a support site nor is it a place to bring problems to. He might very well have bought this service here but Dp had nothing to do with it.

As far as the scammer comment you do not know the whole story so do not start throwing labels around. You could very well have a lawsuit for slander if you do. This whole thread should not have been here nor should it be now.
