Newbie question

    Hello
    Quick question. I'm trying to post an offer for a quote. I've tried to do it in the business/design section, but its saying I dont have permission to do this. Can someone tell me why this is? Also is that the best froum to post such a topic.

    Did look over this but there are no limits posted regarding the forum I wish to post in, only the buy sell trade forum & the website reivew. Does anyone know if their are any limits to the business/design forum??
