Need Help. WTF is with my Cpanel and shit?

    Ok well i signed up at www.plusbrain.com I must say i dont like it one bit.

    When I try to access my web disk i get this message

    Not sure about that, but seems like a problem with the webhost. If you already haven't I would contact the webmaster or hoster for help on that.

    How do I unfirewall them? How vulnerable does that make me?

    Some hosts allow you to only FTP in passive mode.
