I own an free image hosting site ..
The site is getting about 10000 Page Views/day and making between 3-5 $ with adbrite ..
I am looking forward to add adsense with adbrite ..
Do google accept image hosting sites ? or will they ban me once i reach the payment ?
And do they ban website or my account ?
The traffic is mainly from celebrity forums and teen forums ..
All the pics are safe for work ..

Sometimes they ban account, sometimes they ban a specific website.

They not accept this type of sites! I have been declined when try to open account for site like your. So when they will find your ads on this site , they will ban your account or site. I don't know exactly

They ban the entire account. Best to email Google first and get that specific site approved before placing Adsense on it ;)

i've got a friend that has many websites with Adsense on them, and he received a message that he can't put ads on a certain website. if he will put them again there, his account will be banned.

he got a warning as it's said.

Yes, you get a warning (if you're lucky) before the entire account is banned.

Why are you worried about getting banned before even signing up? If you follow the TOS you shouldn't be worried.

Why all people are so afraid of being banned?
Its up to google to ban a site or band an account. Only google knows. U should ask them.
    Good luck.

Read previous threads. Image hosting is probably the easiest/most common to get banned.

As I know google has changed their policy about adsense, first they will ban your site only if something wrong is wrong there, Now they ban whole account only in rare case of invalid clicks , not for contents. Still you haven't signed up & why you are worried ? Apply for google adsense & they will approve your site if it is comply with their program policies.

I do own a site clicknenjoy.net I got my first check through it & after some days google banned my that site, not whole my account.....

& would you like to know its reason.... they told that the site name itself clicknenjoy is not comply with google adsense program policies & so they banned it. It is incouraging users to click on google ads, as they think

& it is very surprising they knew it after sending me $100 through my that site :D

google does approve image hosting sites and you can place adsense and adbrite on same site but on different pages. second thing is google these days ban a particular site not your adsense account on the whole. so if you are using your adsense on multiple sites then there is possibility that your account gets disapproved on a single site rather than whole account. cheers :)
