I have a web design site with solid PR5 -
I want to know how much it would be worth to people to pay for me to host an article (web/seo) of their on my site with 3 outbound of their outbound links

    is there a monthly fee?
    what is the going rate?

I think it depends on what terms it is ranked for and how high it is ranked in serps also.

So the actual PR # has no value in itself?

Hello, Google rightly figure that your cannot control which sites link to your sites, but you can control which sites you link out to. For this reason, links into your site cannot harm your site, but links from your site can be harmful if they link to penalized sites. So be careful which sites you link to. If a site has PR0, it is usually a penalty, and it would be unwise to link to it.

Remember PR0 sites could be fairly new or just lack content. I would pay yearly for a PR5 site offering dofollow links (not monthly). You would get at least $200 per year from a client in your same country, same industry and looking to increase their PR.

I live in Canada so, if your site is based in India and you have mostly traffic from India, I would pay you less but would still make an offer. On top of that, you must be in the same niche market as I. That's just my choice and opinion.

    Thanks

yep that is correct, it is also better if it has a lot of traffic and very few outgoing links
