do you guys think this keyword would be very difficult to achieve?

I've achieved top 10 for the terms myspace pictures, graphics for myspace, free myspace layouts, and a few more popular keywords and i'm ready to take on another keyword for a client.

Just wondering.. do you think that the keyword foreclosure listings would be incredibly difficult?
I'd like to know what you guys think.. i think i can do it

I was just re-analyzing it and boy.. some of those top 10 websites for that keyword are STRONG. may be an issue..

 

It should be easy ..... build backlinks ....

 

I will give 7 from a scale 1 to 10 (10 most difficult). Indeed that the top 5 are really strong.

It's over 4million, not 200,000.

You're looking at probably 6 months to a year and $10,000+/mo for a few months to get top 10 rankings.

Hi the keywords "foreclosure listings" should be straight forward assuming that you use all the correct seo techniques.

Its a pretty generic phrase, which has a good level of competition both in organic and paid listings.

$10,000+/month is too much for "foreclosure listings", I think $1,000 - $1,500 per month for 4-6 month should be enough.

That's a big number and seeing how concrete the top 10 is. I think more than 60 mo. if you're not paying for good SEO.

if it was "198,000 sites listed"
then i would say in a few weeks- but that's not the case.

 

Have you guys seen the strength of those 10 sites for his keywords? This is far from what I would call easy.

Site ranked #10 has 5100 backlinks... Someone please explain how getting in the top #10 for "foreclosure listings" would be easy cause I'd love to read that.

maybe you're reading it from a different DC?

Even if it were 4.3 million websites, it's still possible within 6 months or so.

 

Hi, I don't think anyone has said that this keyword phrase would be easy. But achieving the requirement, is just a matter of using good seo techniques, hard work, determination and patience.

Its just another job, with a good level of competition thats all.

 

I personally feel, it should not be a problem
Well planned seo techniques implementation and you can find yourself in the first 3 serps in the first month itself
As far as i m concerned the competition seems to be mediocre
Should be able to reach the first page in two months time

 

keep your webpage title has: foreclosure listings homes foreclosures realestate bank foreclosures

and also repeat the keyword in the content atleast 6 times.

I hope you succeed.

 

If it is well planned, you should be able to get within top 100 in 3 weeks or so, then moving up the ladder will really start taking efforts and time.

 

IMO.. as long as it is updated regularly and has proper on page and great off page.. Your KW was competitive.. its easy for you to rank.

 

SEO can do anything just continue optimization of the site.
