Banned directories

Hi,i need list of banned directories because i was banned cause of directories....share your directoriesi need to delete them from my ist....thx before hand

 

Do you have proofs that your site has been banned because of directories?

Besides - I don't know any directory which has been banned.

Gather your facts first and then come here and ask.

Just show me one banned directory- maybe- you don't understand what the word "BAN' means.

 

I have never heard of any directory that was banned completely.

 

May be your site is banned for some other reasons.

Martens, has your site/s been completely deindexed from any search engine? or do you just mean that you dont rank for certain things?

And if you dont mind, could you post a link here to your site, or even pm anyone from the thread who you may feel comfortable giving the url.

 

Yes, one of my websites was completely deindexed, I don't want to show it, I just want to build a list of banned directories, the one of this directories destroyed my website, I think I am not the only one who wants to build such a list in order not to suffer in future.

 

Hi Martens, firstly before jumping to any conclusions you would first have to get some sort of confirmation to say that A and B resulted in C.

I totally understand you not wanting to give your url, thats your business after all, i highly doubt that your site in deindexed through the use of directories.

I imagine that there are other things involved, but i imagine that you wont disclose those either so firstly that makes it impossible for anyone here to give an opinion and to begin to understand anything about your particular situation.

With yourself stating that a site is deindexed i think that would qualify you for a reinclusion request, of course after you understand what caused the deindex in the first place.

A directory cannot destroy a website, your suggestions sounds OTT, without further information from yourself you cant expect much in the line of help putting your list together.

Its very easy to not take responsibility for your actions.

 

How do you know your site was deindexed because of directories? Any evidence to share with us? Or you would rather keep the evidence as another top secret?

If a directory is "banned" then its de-indexed and all the links within
are discounted till the domain is allowed back.... nothing more nothing less

I submitted my website into directories with the PR 5 which went down into 0, taking into consideration that Google fights against spam directories so the Pr of the spam directories went down, I studied the backlinks and found out that they caused me troubles, it's just like the mass link exchange, the website that does it is to be banned and the websites which collaborated with it are banned too, it's just like if a big spammer links on me then I am a spammer too.

 

I've never heard of a site being penalised for submission to a directory...

Maybe it can happen, but I've never heard of it.

 

We have hundreds of threads and topics about so-called BANNED sites while in fact they're not banned.
So always firts check if it's banned...
You can use some tools for that (including one of mine):

Of course it won't tell you in 100% if site banned (could be new for example) and we won't tell it until you provide website url or Google search result URLs with some checking queries.

Reason for ban cannot be a directory.
Cannot be any other link.
The reason can only be your website that violets Google rules.

it doesent become a "bad neighboorhood"?

 

To my best knowledge "bad neighborhood" means that the site in question
contains material that includes "Adult or Gambling" content.

Its not the end ... you can always do "adwords" till it comes back
or spend $9 bucks and buy a new domain name and transfer the content.

PS... Just make sure you fix whatever it was that got ya stroked in the first place.

This is my first time to hear that sites have been banned because of directories.
Would you lile to let me know if you submit to tons of directories with submitting tools?

And the last....
cause it wasn't directory links that caused it to be banned
but rather the 500 hidden keywords under the template or
clocking or whatever he did that pissed them off...

Firstly the directories were not banned they were just penalized. Secondly if your site has been deindexed go through the webmaster quality guidelines and set everything straight. Then resubmit your site for inclusion.
