Ezine Submission, what is the key?

I was wondering, a lot of people these days use Article Submissions as a way to advertise and direct traffic towards there website. I think this is a great way to get your website recognized in a decently good way.

However i was thinking instead of dedicating a whole article to Ezine, could you just put a 100 word taster of the article your heading is relevant to on Ezine then say if you want to no more please check my website out.

Do you think that would have the same effect as putting the whole article on there or not?

    Will.

i think by using article submission, the main purpose is to link the articles to the site that you want people to visit. It's the main point. Beside, by using the article too, you can build your reputation among the readers.

I think it doesn't matter your article only have 100 words or less but you must have good point on your article to 'tackle' reader to go the site that you recommended.

The point raised by eragonies is quite valid that you need to have good content in the article so that the readers are hooked on to your website. But if you are talking about ezine it does not allow self promotion articles. The guidelines clearly mentions that self promotion articles tend to get declined if they are in access. So if your article talks to much about your company then there are high chances of getting declined. So the best option is to have unique content for your website. One which should not be copied and should promote something useful to share. I have made couple of submissions and have got them approved instantly

don't forget that article submission depends on your topic as well. If your topic is something that people do not like, then I think you won't get many visitors from ezine.

This is the art of article submission. Normally there will be a minimum number of word requirement and 100 words may not work.

You need to write your article in a way that it make others feel "incomplete"

Then in the resources box you will put your website and let the visitors visit your site.

And at the same time you are also gaining back links from the article.

All the DPers here gave good advice :)

A tastes article is OK but the content you do put their should contribute value. Make sure the article has some quality points to make then you can try a "learn more" in the resources box.

    Hope this helps :)
