    Hey,

I have heard, but only through rumors that if you post content on your site everyday or every other day that the results in the SE's are better, and you get indexed faster.

Compared to, posting all your content at once.

Is this rumored or is it true?

    Also, why is this?

Posting content regularly helps in SERP's rather than at once.

    It's true
If it will seem as if your website is constantly updated you will have better rankings

One way to do it is to post a bit of your stuff every day

Another way, is to constantly update, I nean real updates, new articles and stuff

if you don't have what to update about, consider putting a blog on your site
