    Make a thread in BST>>content creation. You might also want to try one of the scripts that scrape yahoo answers and automatically post on your forum. Ico-content is 1 such product promoted and probably made by a mod here.

    do article marketing, email marketing, send out press releases, do link exchanges...there are a lot of possibilities :)

    but i think you want ideas to promote your forum.....

    1. Get Listed on Forum Directorys

    2. Post topics on forums and blogs, Leave your URL

    3. Put a bumper sticker on your car with your URL

    4. use google adwords keyword generator to help you find the best keywords.
