Are You Weak?

I have been doing push ups every 2-3 days for a few months now but when I started I was in the Weak Category according to the test I took.

So basically if you get down and give me as many as you can right now whats your #?

    1 - 10 = weak
    10 - 15 = average
    15 - 20 = strong
    20 - 25 = muscular
    25 - 30 = powerhouse

I am at around 30 without problems now, so what are you?

This is bull crap. It's not how strong you are it's other factors. I know people who can bench 140 kg yet can't do 15 pushups..

One question: what the hell are push up grips for? do they make it easier or harder or what? I say some for 30 bucks and was like omg rip off... my rope also got 40 big ones.. ball bearings and all

It's a little bit harder, but the main thing is that the grips are easier on the wrists than if you just do regular push-ups.

BTW, is this a chart for 10 year olds or something? I wouldn't call myself a "power-house", haha.

first, how much you weight? Do you use stright form? Do you do it with speed?

push up is not a good way to measure strength.

here are some of my number

    deadlift 3 rep 315 lbs
    squat 3 rep 225
    clean & jerk 125
bench 5 rep 180 (i suck at bench)

GRIM is going to come call me a pussy soon :D

I just did 30 there now, but I wouldn't consider myself a powerhouse..

Would the grips not changes the whole dynamics of a push-up, I would have thought your forearm and pectorals at least are being exercised a little differently?..
