Just a question. what does changing or hiding your IP have to do with SEO?

You should contact your ISP and ask them.

Use proxies, go to Tools, internet options, connections tab, and LAN settings. Then check the box labeled "use proxy" and so forth...

If I change my internet connection Provider, then will my IP be changed?
For example: Now I am using Sify broadband, if I change it to Pacenet or something else will my computers IP be changed?

Most routers will let you change your mac address. Log into your router, change the mac address and power down your router for 10 seconds. This works with my ISP.

If you are using dial-up, you can change it. Double click the computer icon on the lower right part of your screen, click the properties and highlight the "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" and then click the properites. There you can change your IP.
