Major MSN Algorithm Change

This morning I noticed that msn had a huge shift in the serps. It appears that the algorithm has been changed. So far, results have been improved across the board. I hate to say it, but it seems that Google is more predictable than MSN and Yahoo these days. I remember when that was the exact opposite just a few years ago.

Its only a matter of time before MSN and Yahoo now both owned by the big Bill Gates take over the search engine industry. Google wont be the biggest for long as MSN can see the problems with link sellers and such that Google is implementing, now is the time for the other engines to strike and get all the Google members they can! I am seriously thinking of switching my browser homepage to MSN instead of Google, but we will see!

no worries for a long time still. google is still used by the majority - and a global shift of user would take a while to occur anyways!

It is not new that there is changes of algorithm in MSN. Last October MSN changed into LiveSearch and with new algorithm guidelines. Although we know the algorithm but I observed also that it is not easy to rank well in MSN. I think MSN is more predictable than Yahoo and Google , we cannot determine the exact algorithm and how to improved our SERPs and traffic.
