You don't distinguish between "web proxies" and "IP proxies" very well.

Links fixed, thanks man. Ok, can you give me details that describe the difference between something like proxify.com and an IP based proxy? Give me something good and I'll link ya Remember, I'm trying to describe proxies to people who have never heard the word till now.

Just describe what each one is like. Make a point that there are two "types" available.

Maybe you should explain how a proxy works too, like how it goes around a firewall etc. (not technical things about how it works)
