    I have 6 sites and 3 forums, I joined Kontera via my forums, But the rejected cause of less contents, I have 57,000+ posts don't know why they rejected, Then after 1/2 weeks I join from my blog, And i got approved from my blog.

    My higher CPC was 16 clicks=$0.05 :)
    They used to response within three days for any technical issues, but comes to payment issues, they did not reply me for more then 1 1/2 week, until I post question on their face book. :(
