    Hey

Im usually really good at placing adsense ads, and getting atleast 1-4% CTR. But on this site i just cant get that.

    www.freemu.info

The ads seem to be in a good location, but i unno. The right skyscrapper is reserved for a CPM ad, so dont say there ;)

I'd say you might might want to write some more ad copy so you don't look too ad heavy and better match up the font. Then I would install Kontera or Chitika to get some text links.

I use adbrite for text links , i guess i will put them on.

And what do you mean more ad copy? the font isnt it matched?

I will try Kontera/Chitika , they have better PPC for text links??

And those top ads are a different company, i might just take them out, thats why the text looks different, i cant have it looking the same as google ads, its against TOS :)

    Thanks

    Ok, here's some hints:

    - You have very little content
    - The Adsense ads are totally irrelevant to what little content you have
    - You have more Adsense ads and other ads than you have content - MFA site
    - The right side of your page is missing - content can't be found

To be honest, I'm surprised you're getting the CTR you're getting. You need better content, more content, and fewer ads.

How is it mfa site, when proxies have adsense they have way less content. Right side of page i said earlier is reserved for an ad. What type of content can i put on a site like this lol

I added more content... check now :)

Check it now i took off ads that arent adsense, the ad placement is fine though right?

Much better. But it still looks like an ad site. Stacking two horizontal ads blocks on top of each other is not a good practice. How about adding some more content between the two ad blocks?

The ads are still not relevant to your content. How about changing your content so that you use the keywords that you want your ads to relate to? You have to put yourself in the place of your visitors -- what kind of ads would my visitors be interested in? Then modify your page to focus on the keywords that would guide Google to pull up ads related to those keywords.

Reason why i do that is because when you generate a link, it goes between those 2 leaderboards ;)

But i did what you suggested, check it out now, i put leaderboard in between content, and took the stacked ones out, i wanted to put a square, but then it would look to *MFA* lol

And this type of site im not sure what keyword i excel at , like megupload/ premium/ generator wont be good. Nothing is related to this site lol

Better, but how about adding some content about "what is megaupload" and "benefits of megaupload" and "how to use megaupload".

However, the problem for you will be that Google has no ad inventory for "megaupload" and therefore you will not get any Adsense ads related to it, which is why your visitors come to your site. Just to check for yourself, do a Google search on "megaupload" and you will see no Adsense ads on the right side of the page. This means your opportunity to make money with Adsense, given the topic of your site, is minimal, no matter how hard you try and how good your ad placement might be. There are no advertisers placing Google ads for "megaupload."

I agree with Stackman that the ads are not relevant to the content and therefore your visitors and the reason for their visit.

Be very explicit on what the site does in your copy. Make sure that there is a paid market for what you are serving your users. Check other sites that are successful that do the same as your site and mimic the things do well. If there is no pay market then there is no one paying for relevant ads. The object is to find the right mix of context directed content for Google to display "relevant" ads.

What about the keyword premium? Maybe i can excel a little with that keyword :) Or i might just go screw it and go for CPM ads :)

Your keywords should be related to "file upload", "online storage" or other keywords that relate to what your visitors want to do -- why they came to your site. Use the text from megaupload.com as a clue as to what your page should contain:
