Online shopping India - Paypal ?

I googled for shopping sites that accept payment via Paypal and deliver to India. Was pointed here....
Still, I do not find my answer. If anyone knows any site please list. Thank you.

 

I'll be starting a website that accepts payment via PayPal, eGold, Moneybookers and all other Indian payment methods as well very soon.

But atm, none.

Custom and Duties:

I researched about it a lot and its works as
If the seller marks your package as gift and its contents cost below Rs. 10k then no duty but if more,
then 24.44% of CSI(Cost+shipping+insurance).

If its marked as Commercial sample then the same above applies but upto Rs. 5k only
and like if you're ordering a Rs. 40k laptop and its marked as gift so the duty will be calculated on 30k[40k-10k(gift exemption)]
Duty=24.44% of 30k

Also, is it legal to tell the seller to mark it as a GIFT ?

 

I wrote there in brackets. CSI means total of (C)ost of product + How much Paid on (S)hipping + How much paid on (I)nsurance.

I don't think it is. How in the world with duty people come to know that its not a gift, but tell him to avoid invoices of the things. If you buy from ebay the sellers already know how to handle things in a way that you don't have to pay duties stuff

 

what i mean is , is 24 % duty is similar for all things like food, electronics, drugs, etc.. etc..
I think every category of product has different duty.

Well ofcourse I mean 24% duty on electronics. Now I can't assume that you are going to order daily needs grocery from abroad

I think ebay won't do that because we have PaisaPay in place of PayPal

 

paisapay is not a payment system.
Its just a name given to internet banking transfer.

so far from my experience I have found the following sites that accept paypal in India..
1.crfmall.com - for electronics
2.Indiangiftsportal- for general day to day items
3.bigshoebazaar - for all the shoes you need
4.almost all Online photo printing shops accept paypal..
