Check out wil i get banned???

Hey guys can u help me too
check out my blog and tell me whether can i keep adsense wit it or the content is illegal and i may get banned.
i asked this query on other thread but no one replyed and a member asked me not to jack the thread...so i opened this thread....

Exactly. You are linking to copyrighted material hosted on rapidshare that you are not allowed to re-publish or distribute...so, yeah, warez basically. Google explicitly disallows this in adsense.

 

I could not find adsense on this site... where is it?

 

i wanted to add and was waiting for response here so that i can be sure about it.
anyways thnks for the advice...and want to know which other ad service can i use for my blog...the BidVertiser ads are not working at all.

I had conducted a poll in my blog and asked the vistors wat they wanted and main preference was given to themes.
so the point is now i want to concentrate only on themes and since themes are freeware i can add google ...right
and should i deleted the already posted games and software so that i dont get any problem at the time of payment.
