How soon do you think Kontera support reply your emails...Im currently using Kontera on one of my sites and I emailed them so that they can take a look at my other sites and allow me to put my kontera code there as well..its been around 20 days..and there is no reply :S
no..i have seen this guy whose using one Kontera code on 15 websites, they emailed me last month and asked me to give them a list of websites i want to put their code on.....they never got back to me after i replied
I have also been trying to e-mail them for my applications and so far, there is no reply yet. some friends said to me that you have to be patient and wait up to a week more and if nothing happens to the application, then you may use other methods to contact them.
Generally for bigger accounts, there is a Kontera Account Manager assigned and he/she replies pretty fast (1 or 2 days). I am not sure about your case.
The normally take 3~4 business days. May be your site was not approved. But, they should have e-mailed you back if that is the case. You can use multiple sites.. just let them know and they will review it. Of course, you can. In fact, the extra revenue you get from them is quite handy.
My issue with Kontera ads is it tries to take over every piece of text on your site. I've seen sites that have their RSS link Konterified. No thanks!
thanks...i'll try it out the issue is that i have emailed them 3 times already,..i didnt know they do this to their existing accounts :S google normally reply back within 2 days
I contacted Kontera on Friday about adding a new site, on Monday morning I was approved and the new domain appeared in my toolbox for creating links.
well i gave it another shot..emailed em last night...its been 12 hrs now..lets hope they reply now...this time i've used the "Contact form"
